We fooled around and now I don't think he's interested, am I paranoid?

I had a bit off a one night stand about 2 weeks ago with a guy who is a friend of a friend. Didn't have sex but did everything but. I was slightly tipsy. When I got home, I added him on facebook - he was on my friends page and sent him a message and just said hello and said he had certainly made my weekend momorable. He never replied and hasn't accepted my friend request. Is he not interested? I need a guy point of view I think.
