He was on top of my and his penis was pretty much on my vagina, but like i said we had our clothes on. I didnt get wet, and i dont think he did either but im not sure.  Short answer..No. Please do not have sex until you are educated on how things work. This is what leads to pregnancy and std's. READ, READ, READ and talk to someone who knows a thing or two about sex. Sex is fun, but not something to take lightly. There is NOTHING wrong with staying a virgin for as long as you can. You have your whole adult life to have sex. But, if you're going to take it there....USE CONDOMS!!!
