My question is, if I have sex with a guy, should I tell him before we have sex or should I just not even mention it at all? Will the scars be a turnoff? Other than my scars I consider myself to be a very attractive woman and I generally recieve a lot of male attention. I'm 22 years old and the insecurities I have with my scars have prevented me from having sex...any honest opinions?

Hello, I was on breast reduction 4 years ago, I have scars too. When I had sex with someone new, I made sure its by not so strong light, f. e. you can use candle light, or you can turn normal light little bit down, so the scars are not visible, so theres no need to tell him something. My boyfriend now dont care about my scars, he likes me as Iam. But when you sleep with someone new, theres no need to tell him something from the start, just check the light, if its not too strong, that youre feeling comfortable, and your scars are not visible.

 Modern plastic surgeons rarely leave large enough scars- Just because you can see them and point them out, doesnt mean another guy can, especially with a pair of those directed at him :-D
