 I think it is wrong to assume that the OP's boyfriend is fat/overweight. I am lucky enough to meet many current and former professional athletes, and a large proportion of them are around that size. I wouldn't call an average NFL defensive tackle fat or overweight, either to his face or behind his back!Also, we must all remember that muscle weighs far more than fat, something the BMI index cannot take into consideration. Heavily muscled sports stars are, according to the BMI, morbidly obese. So I am going to assume that the boyfriend is a large man, who can use his knees, hands, and elbows to stop himself from 'flopping', or putting a lot of weight on you. If previous boyfriends have been putting their complete weight on you, then I understand your concerns. Just remember there are many ways to have sex, and a considerate man would not dream of trying to make you uncomfortable at all.

Believe it or not, overweight people, both men and women, do have sex. You boy friends BMI is about the same as my wife's so if he carries his fat out front it may be a bit difficult to see his equipment when he is standing up. So lay him down. Most will recommend a woman on top position (cowgirl) in your case. Facing either way. There are other positions that work well for overweight people. Do a little research. For his own health and self esteem it would be good if he lost some weight, but it should not affect your relationship physically.
