 I guess if the subject comes up you can tell her. It's nothing to be ashamed of.
Be aware of her body language and please don't be afraid to ask her what she likes.

No. Why would she want to know? She's interested in you not your sexual history.
If the subject comes up then tell her you are not that experienced, and don't lie if she asks you directly.
But other than that, announcing your virginity will just worry her, she may even not want to be "your first" as she doesn't want it to be complicated.

 If your relationship with her is obviously progressing towards the bedroom, then yes, I would make mention of it at some point closer to that time.
If you're in the dating phase still, then I don't see why it needs to come up yet. But that's just me.
