A male United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Okay I have a huge problem.Everything in my life is going down the drain right now and making me way to stressed.Im mad 24/7 any little thing sets me off like a damn bomb.Im only 15 and I have more problems then any one I know.Almost everyone in my house does drugs and is a alcoholic and doing stupid stuff always pissing me off.Im forced to do illegal things in order to have money for cloths and food for myself because Im bassically on my own with no help at all.My familiy is broke but still surviving which is why I take care of myself.I want to make it through school so bad but it seems impossible with everything else going on in my life, when Im in school im so tired because I never have time for sleep or homework. When im in school Im to worried about how Im going to make enough money to eat on for the night or is my drunk father going to start another fight with me when I get home.

What can I do to help keep me in a better(more positive)mood and make school a little easier?

Anon, talk to your school counselor,..he/she can get you in touch with the family services you need. You do not have to live this way. And you do need to stay in school. Don't be embarrassed to say what the situation is. Counselors are usually pretty cool people. They have heard and seen it all. And they are trained to deal with all sorts of problems. Best wishes,...Tom

Well you your self can call child services, they could take care of you, and take you to a different family, thats if you want, in my opinion I think the best thing to do is stay in school and do not do drugs, you don't want to become an alcoholic, or a druggy, make sonmething of your self, try staying at a friends house more often, their parents should understand, but you can not stay quiet about your family, you need to stand up and do something about it. If you work hard in school then you can get a scholarship to a good collage.

I'm always hear, from...

P.S... Don't be a loser,and don't give-up.
