I have this male friend, who basically blew me off wen i asked him out, and he started goin out with my friend but recently he has been ringing and texting me, and flirting with me like crazy and its almost like he wants to ask me out but thinks that it would be awkward afta last time. Shall i ask him out? or not?

I say don't ask him out again. You gave him a chance and he blew it. If he's now changed his mind and does want to go out with you, he's going to have to man up and do the asking himself. If he's interested enough in you, he'll find a way to ask; if he doesn't ask, he's not that interested in you. Why risk your dignity by doing the work yourself - again?
