 Okay first things first, you need to tell her what you think might have happened. Then to keep her from freaking out wich will cause you to panic is be a man and take controll of the situation.  You really can’t rely on pulling out before cumming; it’s not a sure method of contraception. A pregnancy test kit should give her the answer, if your tactical were sore before then there could be a lot of reasons and it does not necessarily mean that the sperm flow would have been reduced.

 Sigh. People. There is this thing called emergency contraception. You can get it from the pharmacist or your doctor.
If she is really concerned about this, and wants to take steps to make sure she doesn't get pregnant, she can go to the pharmacist or her doctor and get something called Plan B.
It is not intended to replace regular contraception, it's for emergency use only, so don't start thinking that you can go in without protection and use Plan B each time; that's not safe for her.

Go straight to the pharmacy today and have this talk with the pharmacist. Plan B is less effective with each passing hour.

 Did you know that you actually leak stuff called pre cum before you actually cum? The pre cum is completely clear and also contains sperm which is why withdrawal is not a great method of birth control. I would get a pregnancy test if I were you and get a definitive answer to the pregnancy question. It doesn't matter how long you go between masturbating or sex cum will always have sperm in it. Please buy some condoms and use them every time you have sex then you can have peace of mind.

 Go out and get a pregnancy test or a doctor would be able to do one as well. Other than that there is really no certain way to know.
I know you are probably alredy thinking this but if you do not want a kid it would be best to get protection.
