If you take too long getting to know her then you may get freindzoned. Better to get the formalities out of the way and ask her out for coffee or something. Time is not on your side when you have that have much competition.

 There really is nothing you can do. It is up to her who she wants to date. Just remember that looks aren't everything. Personality is important as well. Just try and talk to her and get to know her, be yourself.

I know this sounds cliche, but it still holds merit and is some of the best advice I can give; be yourself. Let the other 36 guys make idiots of themselves trying to compete for her attention. Sure they may start out seeming like nice guys and all, but once they realize they are in competition, they'll begin to go further and further to sniff one another out.Meanwhile, if you just be yourself, say "hey" to her on occasion and be polite whenever you do talk to her, she should be able to tell you apart from the others. If she doesn't see it and falls for one of the Alpha Males who are making asses of themselves trying to outdo each other, she wasn't worth your time anyways.
