 It's a question of age. When a guy is a teenager the mere thought of something erotic can get him hard and keep him that way. Let alone doing something erotic like that. Sadly as one ages the plumbing doesn't work the way it used to. You can be doing something you like very much, but in the absence of direct stimulation it isn't going to show. The other responses could, of course be right -- he doesn't care for it. If he was 19 I'd say that was probably correct. But if he's closer to 50 he might just need more.
