A female Ireland age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Please someone help me:( My boyfriend of 6 months broke up with me out of nowhere a month ago. Everyone, including me, was completely shocked. Throughout the month we have been in contact every day, talking, texting, meeting up and even going away together. He has told me that he wanted me to fight for him, but my mindset was ''he ended it so he should do the fighting'', and I suppose we have both been very stubborn. He is extrelely insecure and alsways seems to think I 'm keeping things from him which is completely intrue. I love this guy very very much. I was the first girl he brought home to his family, and he has had a lot of girls!!

His mom told me in private that he has been in bits since we ended and is much happier when I am in his life. This week though we had an argument and I became very firey and angry and he text me and said he was done. I did not put up any fight. Even though I really wanted to:( Last night he arrived at my home in a taxi wanting to talk. He was a little drunk so I told him he could stay and I'd talk to him in the morning. This morning though he was accusing me of being with other guys and left the house very angry. He knows I love him, and one minute he wants to work things out but the next he's pulling away. I need advice on how to stop this crap and get him back for good!!xx

If I'm honest though, I played my part in things too. I kissed a guy in front of him a few weeks ago and I was texting other guys. He hasn't done anything like this and I know I really hurt him. He is very much a guy who could get any girl he wants and he would never waste his time with a girl if he wasn't bothered. That's what has me so confused. I really want us to make this work. So what do I do??:(
