writes:I message this guy on Feb 11 from facebook right, and he haven't response to it.I message him because we would just both stare at each other without smiling or even speaking, and I thought maybe if i message him it would break the ice. He even change his profile pic. Why would he change his profile pic but not response to my email. He work at the same place as I am. We see each other but both of us doesn't say anything. I don't know what to do. Should I wait for him to come up to me or should i just go up to him. I'm clueless to what to do with this guy.

Also honey I don't know what you wrote, but if you've never spoken to this guy you don't know what his situation is; he may be married or have a girlfriend.

He may not realize who you are or be thrown that you hunted him down on Facebook without ever saying hello to him. First the staring without smiling, then you searched him out on facebook... I might be a bit spooked! Just try smiling! :-)

I'm confused... you work together but you don't talk... you just stare at each other? Is he a "friend" of yours on facebook or did you just send him a note? Perhaps he didn't respond because he doesn't know who you are? If you want to break the ice the best thing to do is smile and say "hi! I'm xxx"

 He could be an inactive Facebooker or he does not go online often or he did not notice your mail or somebody borrows his a/c or your message did not reached him or he is not interested. There could be many possibilities.
The next time your path cross, smile at him and say something to him to break the ice. Maybe , he is the shy type.

Don't take it personally. He either didn't respond because he just didn't know, or he didn't respond because he's not your Mr Right. This is the problem with sites like facebook. They take everything away from the real world. If you like him, try speaking to him when you see him again. Facebook is the killer of relationships. Speak to him instead.
