I'm in love with someone elae . I ignore his texts and phone calls I'm rude to him. But nothing makes him stop. How do I make him stop?

 Ignore Ignore Ignore. BLOCK his e-mail,phonenumber,cell.
( keep all messages and emails) If he doesn't get it let him know you will file a report of stalking/harrashment ( or like other aunts suggested get a guy to tell him that)
I don't know how unstable this man is so thread lightly and stay safe.

 Get an older male to go and tell him, a brother or cousin or work mate, get them to tell him you have asked them to speak with him because you are not interested and if he persists you will be filing an official complaint against him for stalking.
