 It sounds like the jealousy of her going out, the money problems has taken its toll on you marriage. The spark has gone and she wants to throw in the towel.
If you really want this to work do things to show your wife that you still love her, book a meal at you favourite resturant, book a weekend away, get her some flowers for her from time to time. Just simple gestures to show her how much you want this to work.
Failing that then marriage counceling would most likely be your best option.
