 In the UK there is a specific law that prevents teachers from having sexual relationships with their pupils. This activity is known as 'breach of trust' because he has a position of power over you. Clearly you won't be his first victim as predators will have many targets. His colleagues may already have suspicions about him - staff room gossip! Basically he cannot interfere with your grades because your exams are marked by an external examination board (I am assuming you are doing A'level qualifications). If he has any influence then you can appeal, or arrange to sit your exams at another college (many mature students do courses using evening or online classes). It would help if you had already made a complaint against him with your Head of Year. You should make a complaint because he is a risk to young people more generally. I had a teacher at sixth form college who loathed and hated me. She really tried to disrupt my education by refusing to admit me to an A'level exam that was critical to my University place. I reported her (much to her shock) - the Head of Year admitted she was trouble and unprofessional, and arranged for me to sit the missed exam. She wasn't there in the following year and I suspect they got rid of her.

This man needs to be taken out of an environment where he can continue to pressure young women to have sex with him. This is not likely to be the first time that's he's pressured a student for sex.

 Tell him he to mark your grade fairly or you will go to the head teacher and tell all about his nasty threats.Don't worry, he can't downgrade your mark. If you don't get the grade you expect, then demand a remark. If it comes back corrected then he'll have a lot of explaining to do.Think most course work/exams are marked by two teachers anyway, and you can always appeal if you think your marks are wrong. Tell the jerk that he doesn't frighten you and he can do what the heck he wants.

You need to tell. What he's doing is beyond unprofessional, it's appalling. There is no way he can promise to pass your exams, since they will be checked outside the school. He's just trying to bed you. And if he is trying to get you into bed, he will do it with other girls. I know you fancy him, but your reputation could be at steak, and no matte how hard you need to tell. You don't want to get used, or worse find out that another girl has been used when you know you could stop it.
Please tell.
