Your step father is your STEP FATHER, not someone to share masturbation with. Masturbation is a private act, and if it is to be shared with ANYBODY, it should be a partner and not a family member!
Please please please seek help from a school counsellor or someone other than your stepfather who you can talk to. If you talk to your mother and she doesn't do anything to stop it or help you, call a relative or friend who is very close to you and you can trust!
