writes:Im 28. A husband for 3 years. A father for 2 years. Im a sex addict. I have been for 10years. I use prostitutes. Not so long ago i confessed all to my wife who somehow stuck by me and eventually forgave me. Recently i started again. Crazy thing is i have no idea y? My wife furfils my needs. Im happiest when im with my family. But i do this again n again. I was sexually abused as a child. Im guessing that has something to do with it. Or does it? Spirtualty physically mentally and financialy im exhausted. I need help. Any ideas before i have a mental breakdown.

Seek a psychologist who specializes in sex addiction and get help from him/her. It will cost money, but I'll bet the cost will be less than prostitutes are costing you. In addition, your wife will respect you for trying to solve your problem.

 Your is very interesting and challenging question to answer. I am trying to explain you something, which I hope will guide your thought process correctly.
See, sex addition do not means A VERY HIGH SEX DRIVE, WHICH IS ADMIRABLE. A sex addition is something, you do sexual thing, almost getting nothing in return like pleasure, but you do just for habit.
When you go to prostitute, you only know that prostitute is sexless person. She is not a person, burn with sex desire, but burn with desire to have more money. You or at least your sub-conscious mind know this truth, is for sure. But, you are helpless about your habit. It is next to impossible to fight against habit. So, I do not advise you to fight against your habit, because no one can fight against anything, unless he has something for favor.
'HIGH SEX DRIVE' is something you can start to have its true vision. A person with high sex drive can do sex for longer to longest period of time, say all night, for pleasure, and sure to have pleasure with activity, and be rich spiritually, intellectually, and even materially.
There is only one science on this subject, termed as TANTRA VISION....On internet, it is very easy to have web pages on this subject....start study to cultivate high sex drive,...is the only remedy for you.

The sexual abuse will have something to do with it. If you are serious about keeping you family and solving this problem, then you need professional help. Go and talk to the doctor. Also get yourself tested for STD's in case you've caught something.
