Question - (20 March 2008) 7 Answers - (Newest, 20 March 2008)
A female United Kingdom age 26-29, anonymous writes:

My friend came back from the cinema a couple of days ago saying she had got off with a boy i know.

At first i thought it was sex but shes only 13 and it was in the cinema so its unlikely to be that!!

I really want to know what it means though.

So, if somebody says 'i got off with him lots!'

What does it actually mean?

A reader, anonymous, writes (20 March 2008):

Well I would say 'got off' meant had sex with. So I would say she's saying she had sex with him! But this seems very unlikely, given the situation, so she probably just means kissed and got quite close to.
