A female , anonymous writes:

Am I freaking out for no reason? My fiance went on vacation for two months and it wasn't a business trip. He did fly me down once, and I'm going two more times. I trust him, but he says weird things like "I met a couple last night and they asked me to come over so I could have sex with the girl while the guy watched." He said he was just kidding and that I can't take a joke. It's just weird, though! Am I overreacting?

A female reader, AskEve United Kingdom +, writes (27 February 2007):

AskEve agony auntHe is TRYING to get a reaction from you, to see how'll you'll respond to his stupid fantasies. Next time he says that ask him "would you like to have did that?" "How would you feel if I were asked to do that" Feel him out a bit to see where this is coming from. It may be he HAS been asked and he wants to see your reaction or it may be he would love to try this or something similar.

If you communicate with him more about these weird statements then you'll get to the bottom of it.
