You need to ask him what has changed because your paranoia will end up ruining your relationship.
Explain why you are scared this man may have a grudge against you.
Your boyfriend may not have told him about his relationship with you because he didn't want the weekend ruined by this guy being an arsehole about it.
Talk to your boyfriend about it all. Tell him you don't like the way he is being with you and find out why. Make it clear it has to stop. I am sure it will all be fine and you can talk it out.
