 OK, I am no expert but if your BF penis get near your vagina then there is a chance of being pregnant. Get a pregnancy test. GO to your doctor and get a pill just in case.

 My first observation is that if you cannot answer that question you are being irresponsible and need to re-evaluate how you make choices. I don't care what choices you make, but not understanding a choice before you make it is just immature and will lead you into a world of trouble.
Now that I have that out of the way, the answer to your question is . . Yes, but it's highly unlikely. This of course presupposes that your assessment about where your BF ejaculated is completely accurate.

 It's a possibility but then also is now the concern of sti's as well, if it happened within the last 72 hours visit your doctor and get the emergency contraceptive which will be confidential if you are underage and it would also be a good idea to get tested for sti's if not then if you wait about nine days you will have to get a pregnancy test.
