You have not given much info but I will say this: if two people have dated for four months and, presumably, gotten to know each other a bit and then one dumps the other arbitrarily, for something like acne, than it's a damn good thing to be rid of the person!
Acne is no fun. I know it can affect your self confidence. Well meaning people will tell you to eat right, keep your hands off your face, etc. While that cannot hurt, a serious case of acne is the result of over-active sebacious glands and ensuing bacterial infections, and not eating too much chocolate!
Go see a doctor. While you are waiting for the medicine and lots of water to do their work, treat yourself kindly and learn about things that you are interested in. This will help to distract you from something that is largely out of your control AND improve your mind ... two very important things for self-improvement.

Your at the age now where, you're going to get a lot of bodily changes - and acne unfortunately is the one which annoys us most (along with all the other issues we have to put up with).
If your boyfriend dumped you over such a simple life-process such as acne, the he really isn't worth it - you're still just as gorgeous and you shouldn't be worrying about heartless idiotic guys like that!
There are plenty of guys out there waiting for you, its just about finding the right one - and keep in mind, your acne will clear up eventually and just think how stupid your ex-boyfriend will feel! Just think to your self, you got him - you had him, he wasn't worth it - theres plenty of others!
