writes:hi i have been going out with my bf for 9 months, but between that time i would txt my ex, who i went out with for 3 years, and my boyfriend knew and didnt like it at all,so i stoped, and didnt talk to him for a month, then he showed up one day, and i went and met him and we kissed but i told him i couldnt do it and left, anyways i dont know what to do about this. i dont know if i should stop hurting my boyfriend and just move on.

There is obviously still something there with your ex, and that drives me mad to be honest. My ex was txting his ex and of course i didnt like it. He then said he wasnt and had deleted her number. We split after a year because i couldnt trust him, then he admits he always was in touch with his ex. Hes since jumped in the sack with her (although im not saying he ever did while he was with me)
But its blatently obvious people have unfinished business with exes half the time and they wont admit it.
I would let the guy you're with now get on and meet someone that is ready for him.
The reason he isnt happy about it is because hes not stupid.
Put him out his misery and see about getting back with the ex.
