Question - (27 October 2008) 1 Answers - (Newest, 27 October 2008)
A female United Kingdom, anonymous writes:

Im so jealous of my ex's new gf its eatin me up inside. He split up with me for her 3 months ago now. At first I was really nasty to her, sednin her bithy emails etc and tryin 2 split them up. Ive stopped that now cos I realised it only makes u look like the idiot and pushes them closer together. But I cant help lookin at her pics on facebook and gettin abgry at the fact that shes makin friends with all his friends. Shes not attractive at all but I suppose its personality that counts but I dont think shes a nice girl to steal anothers man. I hate this jealousy Im feeling tho, its hurtin so much.

A female reader, Emilysanswers United Kingdom +, writes (27 October 2008):

You are blaming her because you don't want to blame him.

But really this is his fault. He left you.

You are putting twice the blame on her so you don't feel the pain about him.

This is his fault. Stop blaming her and just try to accept the fact that a boy hurt you. If you do that then it will help you learn to pick a better one next time.

Good Luck!! xx
