 Being drunk can certainly effect a lot of things, so the answer to your question would be 'yes'. Is there other things going on in your life that are playing on your mind and stopping you from relaxing. Are you having doubts about your relationship, money, jobs, family. Anything at all can get in the way of orgasm, it's all the problems in the mind, or the mind being affected by alcohol, the list could be endless.

I think u need to calm down relax and enjoy...try not to think about that too much cuz thinking that u need to orgasm will not help just enjoy sex...

 Relax. Don't get wound up about this or you might make it worse. It can be a nasty cycle. You don't orgasm, you get worried about no orgasm, so you don't orgasm again, and so on. Concentrate on the sex and relax.
Being drunk can affect your ability to orgasm. It could go one way or the other, ie: make things worse for you or better.
