I broke up with my girlfriend of 3yrs about 3 weeks ago, and i was wondering when is it a good time to start dating other people?

Ive started to like a girl that i work with and shes made it pretty clear that she likes me also, but im not sure if its too soon to start dating again...i dont want to look like a player, you know?

Thanks!

Andy00 agony auntYou're a free man now. If you like her, and you feel ready to move on, then go for it! There are no rules set in stone on things like that, so just start dating whenever you feel that you are ready to do so.

Good luck!

anon_e_mouse agony auntWell there are no hard and fast rules. If I were you I'd take things slow. Maybe ask her out on a date, or just for a drink or something casual.

Take things slowly and don't go jumping straight in. I splt up with my girlfriend of 15 months about 2 months ago and am only just about ready to get out there again.

Dating doesn't mean you're boyfriend/girlfriend. Get to know each other, become friends, go for coffee, lunch, casual stuff and get to know her. When you're truly ready to be in a relationship it'll just happen.

Best of luck :)
