my boyfriend had been calling me his fiancee for a while after we started dating and talked about getting married a lot. the other day when I asked him if he still sees us getting married he said "i think so". I know i need to ask him what has changed that he went from "when we get married" to "i think so". Any advice?

A reader, anonymous, writes (2 March 2007):

You two need to talk. If marriage is what the pair of you want then it needs to be sorted out. Most blokes start off really gushy and keen and then cool off a bit, maybe he just needs a bit of time, or maybe it was just a slip of the tongue. Unless you two have a good talk then you won't know.

Take care

nicola79 agony auntHe may just simply still want to get married and just not want to think about it every seccond of the day, or he may have gone off the idea sweety.

You really do need to speak to him and if he has gone off the idea then you need to be asking him whats changed? because you could both be wanting different things out of life. Just talk to eachother. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
