It's been over a week and he hasn't called!!

I met a boy a few weeks ago who is a friend of my friend's bf. I'v seen him a handful of times and we get on really well, have bare things in common and have even spent some time alone. My friend told him I liked him and then told me that he said he liked someone else, which upset me a bit but I was getting over it. And then a few days later he came to a party that he knew I would be at where I was the only person he really knew. And I was really really drunk, and I said 'I know you know I like you'. And he said 'I'm not sure if I like you'... and then a bit later he kissed me really passionately, and took me home and made sure I was ok and took my number... now a week later he hasn't called me!! but I think he's too much of a nice guy to lead me on for no reason... so what do you think is going on??? What should I do, cos I really like him.
