Well everything was fine and we were having great sex, then one day it was taking him a while longer to orgasm and so the sex went on for longer and during that time i was not as wet so it caused some friction. After that sex i hurt down there like chaffing or brusiing so i thought that was from the dry sex.But that was about a month ago and now having sex since then it hurts loads when he puts his penis inside me, it kills soo bad when he first puts it in (im def wet enough so thats not the problem!) and after about 40 seconds and him thrusting more it slowly goes away and becomes easier. But it ALWAYS hurts when he first puts it in, this isnt normal is it? Im not sure if this is relevant but i also found when he fingered me it hurt slightly and there was some blood only a tiny bit but im so confused. HELP.

Your health is very important and shall not be taken lightly. What you describe is abnormal which implies a medical condition which you need to tackle via a doctor.
Anything else you hear, either here or anywhere, would be a mere guess. The sooner the better so you can make sure of your health status, and can enjoy your life.

Get yourself a good "intimate" lube. Something that is silicone based and long lasting. BEFORE you have sex again, talk to your bf that you NEED to be wet to avoid the friction. Keep that tube nearby (I always tuck it under a pillow) to add some drops if needed. It will make things SOOO much easier.
If it keeps hurting after that, SEE your Doctor. There might be more going on that you can see.

 You got bruised on the inside when he took longer to come, and you were dry. This is normal and happens often. What you need to do is wait around two weeks for it to heal, meaning no intercourse of fingering in that period of time. If you don't take a pause with the sex then the wound will take close to forever to heal as you're constantly ripping at it.
Not sure exactly how this works, but that's the basics of it anyway. If you want the pain to stop, you need to let it heal!
This happened to me once and we went on for over a month with sex hurting. Then I took a week off (painful sex only makes the wound worse in some cases so it doesn't heal at all), but it still hurt. Then I took two weeks off and it was fine.
