A female Guatemala age 51-59, *enedine writes:

When we first met and sat down for conversation at work, we both seemed shy and uneasy. But as the days went by we found each other sharing about what we wanted in life with our other halves. We both are married but not happily. One day we found each other in each other's arms and finally into intimacy. After the first lovemaking, I felt dirty. But by the next time, I was wanting him and him wanting me more. We called each other contantly on the phone and couldn't wait to meet again. It didn't take much to fall in love. We did our work as expected and then would find ourselves chatting and comforting each other with lavish kisses. We had private lunches to singing to each other when we were alone. Finally my husband caught up to the phone calls. I told him it was just friendship and nothing else. He sort of believes me. But every now and then he questions my moods and attitudes and say that i am thinking of him. I am still in contact with my friend and we exchange i love you's everytime even though we cant meet in public or at work anymore. It's been about two months since we last were intimate. Being intimate with each other is not an issue with us. Right now my husband cant seem to trust me in anything that i do because he knows that i had a close relationship with another man. I dont see our marriage getting any better. When he cant take being around me, he sleeps in another room or goes out of town for a couple of days. My friend and I just want to be together but dont know how to get out of our relationship with our other halves without telling them straight on. We are sort of waiting for them to feel different towards us and be the ones to call it quits. Is this really true love with my friend? Is it infatuation? What are signs that i should look for to know that he really wants me for me?

I am in the same situation and it is painful because you know that the love exist for another man. And you are constantely thinking about him night and day.

okay wat ur doing is wrong! Why can't u just b honest with ur husband? saying I love you to someone else and not caring about the vows u made???? u hav totally disrespected ur husbands worth...no wonder hes avoiding you. There must have been something missing in your husband or ur life that is making you look at other men....Im young but I know that once I've committed...that is it...I will settle and adjust to anything to make my life WORK...even if i find someone attractive or flirtatious...You seem like ur not satisfied....what if this new guy u end up (since its a new thing u are liking it) and u marry him...then u find oh well hes not "that great." Ask urself if u just arent ever satsifeid...and know that love comes in many diff ways...the love you hav for ur husband might b diff from the love u hav for this man..this is a new love whihc makes it look more appealin. I definitely think this is infatuation, its definitely something new and exciting (away from boring old husband)

I suggest that you:

-talk to ur husband about this flat out and explain the problems in ur marriaage

-couples therapy

TRY TO MAKE UR MARRIAGE WORK....unless hes abusive. There is always a way to make a life work (you should read emily giffins new book: love the one your with) I really don't like chceaters!

If u really wanted to cheat, y not just tell ur husband how u feel in the first place...

Don't wait for ur husbadn to talk to u....u need to talk to him....hav some respect and communicate!
