Ive tried the cockring - it sucks! since the guy is moving or even if ur on top it moves away as he does so it didnt do anything for me :( Try to find those butterflies as LazyGuy said here, other than that i dont think theres much else available on the market.

 Yes, butterflies I think they are called, basically just a small vibrator with elastic band precisly for that purpose.
