Zim agony auntI think it's a great idea to ask a guy for his phone number. For a start he's unlikely to expect it thus flattering him immensely and also the shy guys would welcome interest from a woman.

Heck no! Women should make the first move just as much as guys do! If you like someone you have to go for it, sometimes a guy might like you but think 'but shes too good for me, why should she like me? theres no point asking her out'. so in that case, you most definitely make the first move if you like him too.

kenny agony auntI think in this day and age it dosen't look out of place for a girl to make a move on a guy. Some guys are shy of aproaching girls and would most likely welcome an offer from a woman.

If you wait for a guy you could be waiting a long time, take the bull by the horns and make the first move.

Good luck x
