Hi, i'm 14 years old and recently asked a girl if she'd go out with me via msn, she said yes. I'd known this girl from my last street i lived in and we were good friends but hadnt seen her in about a year and a half. We went out to the cinema at the weekend and it was weird because we hadnt seen each other in over a year and now we were going out! But the date went ok. The next week we went to the beach and pier and it went good, we talked a lot more and laughed and stuff.

Anyway, the question i need awnsering is whether it's unusual for a couple to not be holding hands or kissing or anything after our first 2 dates? All awnsers are appreciated, i know it might be hard to get your head around but i would really like an awnser.

Thanks

No, it's not unusual. If you really like her, try "accidently" brushing your hand beside her hand. Don't make it too obvious though. If she pulls it away, then she's not ready to hold your hand. Sit beside her on a bench at the pier, and sit close enough that your leg "accidently" brushes her leg once in a while. Again, if she moves away, she's not ready. If she wants to see you again, chances are, you'll be holding hands before you know it!
