One thing that was suggested was that antihistamines can cause a dryness in this area. So if you've always suffered from hayfever or allegies, nows the time to do something about it! ;)

 No, it's nothing to worry about, I'm sure. It makes me laugh when people ask this question. Exactly how many aroused womens vaginas have you felt lately?!
If anything, this is a good thing. It lets your boyfriend know you're enjoying it and also will make it more comfortable for you when he penetrates you. If you want to be a bit drier so you feel more, maybe have less foreplay.
