 It's very unlikely that this would happen because once you're sexually aroused the urine pipe closes off but after you come if you're no longer hard then this could happen. Check with your GP to be sure

 To urinate straight after ejaculation? As in a couple of seconds after - i would say that could be a slight problem but im sure nothing serious, But i cant say it has ever happened to me. As far as I know you cant urinate whilst ejaculating because the passage to your bladder is blocked off when you come, and then opens again after *Not 100% sure so you might want to look it up* To me this would most likely not be a problem, just a weak bladder?If its say a minute after ejaculation, then its nothing to worry about, many guys need to urinate after ejaculating. I would agree with Dagwood and say its best to pop down to your doctor and see what they say. Hope all goes well.

 I've seen this with some women during orgasm (which is quite normal)but not heard of it with guys. It does not sound like a serious problem but I would suggest a quick visit to your doctor to put your mind at rest. Take care
