writes:I'm going through puberty and my pubic hair is growing up by my belly button. i find this so embarrassing! I also have armpit leg and nipple hair and this is also so embarrassing. I try to avoid getting my shirt of at school and on holiday because it means people can see them. Is this normal?

The hair leading to your abdomen is commonly referred to as "the treasure trail" and is perfectly normal for men. Armpit hair is also perfectly normal. SHOW IT OFF! YOUR A MAN! haha, your perfectly normal dude!

reader, anonymous, writes (11 February 2008): To be honest honey, when a guy's pubic hair leads up their belly button and even up their chest, THERE IS NOTHING SEXIER! My boyfriend's hair leads up to about between his nipples, and it looks unbelievable on him. Especially seen as he has a good tan too! Really, it's nothing at all to be ashamed of, it'll probably make you look gorgeous. And also, armpit hair is sexy in my opinion, and leg hair! Masculine. But I've never heard of nipple hair.. But hey! You never know, hair is just generally sexy on men. As long as it's kept clean and doesn't smell sweaty.

reader, anonymous, writes (11 February 2008): You have no need to worry it is totally normal, i am guessing you are dark haired because they tend to grow a bit more body hair. I have four sons and they all have different amounts of hair, two like yourself have it growing up to their belly button, one is proud of his hair and the other a bit more reserved and doesn't like to show his off and shaves his with electric shaver, i say be proud of your hair, some of your school pals will probably be a bit jealous of you but would never tell you that. Like the previous reply said always smell nice and no one will notice your hair x Don't worry yourself at all x

 It is perfectly normal. Some people have more/darker hair than others. But most guys and some girls will have exaclty the same hair growth.
Don't be embarassed, it's just hair :) As long as you smell nice it shouldn't matter.
