 It could very well be that he has a thing for you, which is why he looks at you. Eye contact is one of the most powerful flirtatious tools that we can use to let someone know of our interest in them. Next time you catch him looking at you catch his gaze and try to hold eye contact with him for as long as you can, then smile and look away. After a while if you feel the flirting is being reciprocated ask him if he fancies doing something one time, thats if he has not asked you first!!
