Is he interested?

Question - (23 March 2011) 1 Answers - (Newest, 21 October 2011)
A female United States age 26-29, *oir_Tattoo1313 writes:

Hey! I've been going through Freshman year looking for one thing: a guy. I've seen tons of cute-faced boys but none really notice me. I'm a little overweight, with non-highlighted hair, and no second/third/fourth piercings on the ear. The only thing I really do is wear black eyeliner over the top and bottom of my eyes. It's typical for me to just flirt, and not get noticed much, but recently I caught something. I don't want to skip to conclusions though! He's one grade up, and extremely gorgeous. That's the problem; why would he be interested in me? He's got tons of friends, and is one of those skateboarders. Here's what I saw (it's not much yet): He turns and looks at me every day when I'm walking with my friends, and smiles. Purposely cuts people in the lunch line to stand by me, and somehow knows exactly where I am and what time I typically use the restroom during the day so he can pretend to pass by unnoticed. He's asked my friends about me (or so they said), and frequently bumps into me while walking. I don't know if he's messing with me or not! The first sign he ever gave away was knowing who I was (sort of). My Facebook name is different than the real one, but my picture is recognizable. I recently posted a status describing my favorite quote that I say. He heard me say it in school, and turned and said, "*Facebook Name*, right?" I turned really red and so did he! Am I confusing the signs, or is this real? By the way, the Facebook thing is ironic because I friended him two years ago and we never spoke once.

k_c100 agony auntIt sounds like he could be interested, he wouldnt be trying to be around you so much if he wasnt! Try and flirt a little with him and maybe chat to him on Facebook and see what happens.

I hope this helps and good luck!
