Hi all, hope you're well.I recently split with my boyfriend of 5 years-hes not been much of a boyfriend since for the last 4 years its been too much to even give me a hug-we've been more like flatmates really and ive helped him out so much financially.I've always had this twinge in my mind that hes seeing/flirting with someone else-i used to work at the same place as him-he works in a big place but changed jobs 4 years ago which is when i noticed the change I have asked him does he still love me and he said why did i ask him that because it put him under pressure ?6 weeks ago i had enough. im iving with my sister at the moI'm helping him still pay the rent on the flat we had-well paying lots actually.Anyway even now im still doing that hes hardly called just to see if im ok. i feel really hollow am i insane for thinking that another could be in his thoughts/life or did he just never care at all.I know you guys are great with answers and I'd appreciate anyone take on this, thanks a lot!

Are you serious why are paying a grown mans bills and then worried about if he is cheating if you havent gotten any affection in 4 years then i would say he is not interested in anymore he isnt going to tell you if he is seeing anyone because then you will stop paying rent and other bills GIRL YOU NEED TO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE he is using you for what you do for him, if he doesnt call you period i would say that he doesnt care what you do you are the one staying in this god awful relationship what do you need to be hit over the head with to get you to wake up and see he is a piece of crap.

 i dont think his fliring and ur not insane.so it must be him cheating i think.because he doesnt seem intrested in u i believe his using u to pay the rents the only thing that i think he needs u on is financually.he'll never check on u or call cuz i dont think he cares enogh to do that.
maybe its time to move on.i really dont know wat to tell u find out wat he wants from u and ask him if he loves u if he says the pressure excuse then just leave.because if he doesnt love u now he never will and if he doeesnt appriciate u now then he never will good luck wit everything
