 Well, The first thing you need to do is go down to a court-house, and file for one.. You walk in there, find out what department to go to, and someone would guide you the rest of the way... Now, if money is tight, and would possibly become an issue, the goverment would help pay for some of the cost.... Start getting online or use a phone book, and im sure in whatever state you are in, people could further more help you.... Its just kinda hard.. cause I have no idea what state you're living in..... So, yea.. My first step would be to call a court house and have them help me get started for the filing.. I will tell you this.. It isnt going to be like a week process.. It will take time...
