What do i do if i´m in love with my boyfriend's best friend?

i have a biggg problem! i fell in love with my "boyfrieds" best friend. The thing is soo complicated, first of all he is not really my boyfriend, he is like my forever free but we are exclusive. I've known the best friend and my bf scince we were 12 (i'm seventeen) now. i had never been atracted to him before but for two months now i have been in love with him. my "boyfiend" is so territorial, i'm starting to feel as if I were his property, i hadn't noticed before and i really don't like it. i think of the best friend always and i feel terrible, because its like been trapped in a loveless relationship, but i can't do anything, i don't want to hurt my bf, but neither do i want to stay if i don't love him any more.

i wish i was free to date him and finally be able to kiss him.

help!!
