 Why not leave off masturbating for a little while? Stay active, go out and do some physical activity and keep yourself mentally busy with school, friends and family. It may be that you've overdone things a little and your body just needs a break. Try that for a month or so then see how you feel.

 Look around, there are places that aren't as seedy as a porn store that sell them, or get them over the internet.
If that is not an option, a substitute might be the Gilette razor for men with battery. It has a smallish round handle. It is waterproof and you can always claim you use it to shave your armpits if your mom finds out. (Hint, buy some blades and shaving cream)
But really, there is little to be embarrased about, the people behind the counter seen it all.

 I'm guessing that you mean walking into a shop and buying one in person. There has to be a million places to order whatever you want from the internet. Just make sure that they send in discrete packaging... if you're nervous about having it delivered to your home, do you have a friend that you could have it sent there instead?
