I'm developing a huge crush on a guy at college but he's already in a relationship. What do I do?

A female United Kingdom age 26-29, anonymous writes:

I'm seventeen and I started my first year of college in September. Since then I keep seeing this guy around college who I find really attractive, I've never had a crush before as strange as it sounds, but I really am attracted to this guy. He's tall, blonde, wears stylish clothing and comes across as a shy person, which I like.

Not knowing his name or anything about him me and my friend then found out that he is mutual friends with someone she knows, however they don't get on.

I then found out that he is in a relationship, which ruins it all. I don't know what to do. I know I can't get with this guy as he is already in a relationship, but every time I see him my heart beats faster, as cliche and cringey as that sounds.

What do I do?
