 I think all you can be for the time being is friends, he is way to young for any sort of relationship at the moment. In age terms 3 years is nothing atal, it just sound alot in this case because he only 14. In a few year's time like say when he is 17 and you are 20 the age gap will hardly be noticable. I would be friends with him for the time being, and see what happens further down the line.

 Its only a 3 year age gap but i think being friends is the best option atleast till he is a bit older, you should focus on uni for now and see how things work out

reader, anonymous, writes (5 November 2007): Just be friends with the guy but that is all. He is way too young, you certainly cannot have sex with him. Why dont you wait until he is 16 or meet someone who is over 16, he is very young to be having a relationship yet.
