However, I broke up with her a week after we met because she was teasing me and all of that and it was really getting way out of hand. Also, before I decided to call things off, I realized she was married because she was always going under a last name that wasn't the one she was born with - it wasn't a step parent's last name either. I'm 19 years old. I didn't know that she was married, and yet she still let me flirt and feel her up and all that. If I didn't know she was married at the time I flirted with her and felt her up, could that get her thrown in jail on an account of prostitution?

If so, that is prostitution.
I think you meant adultery (as in cheating) and you unfortunately can not charge a person with amoral conduct.
Dump her and move on... She is obviously a slag/skank.

 She won't get into any troubles with the law but you are in a very precarious position.
If she has been spurned or scorned by you , she could lodge a rape or attempted rape report against you and you will be in big trouble.
There have been cases where the innocent were send to jail .

 No i dont believe she would get locked up for prostitution. However if she is married then cheating is what she will get into trouble for. Just forget about her and move on.:)

 are you kidding? she did not have sex with you and you did not pay her so how is that prostitution? no you definitely cannot get her put in jail cos she flirted with you when she had a husband.

why would you want to anyway, she is a loser if she has a husband and is teasing and dating other men, just leave her alone she isn't worth any trouble.
