 Just be friends with her. You have no right to come between her and her boyfriend and she may never forgive you for doing so. Stay her friend and you may find her and this guy don't work out for other reasons. Then you can have a stab at asking her out.

 You remain her friend that's what you do! Just be pleasant to her, say hi and try and win her friendship and trust back. If she does break up with her boyfriend then I'm sure she'll tell you all about it but only then do you ask her out.
