writes:Hi there. This is not exactly a problem but just something that I am interested in. Lately I have been having dreams about a girl that I was really in love with a long time ago. We never got together but are still friends now. We don't talk or see each other much but when we do we get along great. I am not in love with her anymore but when I see her flirting with another guy I get jealous and I don’t know why. And now these dreams came along. Once I dreamed that she sat in my lap and hugged me and another time that she wanted to sleep over at my place and that we slept together in my bed. I haven’t seen her in at least a month now and I don’t know what is causing those dreams. I don’t usually think about her when I am awake but the dreams made me do so. I think I am falling for her again which is strange because I am not in contact with her, and besides I gave up on her a long time ago. The worse thing is that I have a girlfriend and since I have been having the dreams I don’t feel about her the way I did. I don’t want that to affect our relationship and I just don’t know what to do. I know it’s really strange and I wouldn’t be surprised if nobody knew how to help me. Well I decided to try anyway and so … please help!

I fell in love with a girl that i was best friends with harder then i ever did with anyone else but she never felt the same and it ended up ruining our friendship, this happened about 6 months ago and for about the past month i have dreams about her every night, i think they might be trying to tell me to try again, i havent had a relationship since, i hated her for awhile but ever since the dreams ive started to love her again i dont know what to do but i invited her over today to see what happens

 i know its strange when we have them in a row. but you need to stop thinking of her and what the dream may mean it wont happen over night..but if you feel you have something on your mind about her then talk to a close friend to get her out of your system.. good luck aphex xx

The thing is that when I had a dream the first time it didn't bother me at all. But when I had dreams about her several nights in a row that's when it started to bother me. Well we'll see what tonight brings.

i had that not so long ago im with my new partner and things are great. all of a sudden i had a dream about my ex which is now a year ago..and it confused me to hell why i dreamt of me hugging him. but the thing is not to think about it concetrate on something else the more you think of it the more you will dream of it..so say to yourself it was just a dream and that was all it was.. and let it go by bringing it up your just making it worse.. hope that helps good luck aphex xx
