writes: Hair problem! I am a 15 year old girl with a problem....hair! I have a boyfriend and seem to get a lot of good attention from boys and have never considered myself ugly. however, i just seem to have a lot of hair in places i wasnt sure girls should and wanted to see if it was natural. Working downwards I seem to have some hair growing round the outside of my nipples and a fine line of hair going from my belly button downwards. The hair round my vagina is very thick and coarse making it very difficult to shave and more hair (although alot finer) grows around my anal hole and in between the anal hole and the vagina. I also hav quite long fine hair on my back. I can shave or wax off the hair on my body so there isnt too much of a problem but I have no idea whether anyone else has this problem or am I the only one! Thank you for reading and would really like some replys.

reader, anonymous, writes (13 August 2006): dont worry i have fine hair on my back, stomach, chest, boobs, around my nipples (most ppl have that!), i basicly have very fine hair almost everywear! i wouldent worry bout it too much! sure im self contious because of it....but ill adventicaly get rid of it (when im older) and for now im just going to live with it!

reader, anonymous, writes (12 August 2006): Im also 15 and i have exactly the same problem... the only thing is, is that mine is alot darker and thicker. This is becasue i have polycystic ovarian syndrome and am being treated for it... After everything has been sorted, im having laser hair removal under the NHS. I have an extremely hairy tummy and bottom. I bleach alot of it but doing this too often can make it go alot darker.
Listening to this probebly makes you realise that your problems are not worth worrying about!! Love life and dont worry about minor things in life!

don't worry. it's completely normal. I bet every girl feels in doubt about her body at some time in her life! And what's more, I bet you're not ugly at all!

 NO its all normal your fine dont worry. any whatever you do dont shave your nipples ull get ingrowing hairs ouch! lol
