writes:I have a massive probem, I can't trust anyone, I was seeing this lad about 3 months ago and then split with him, his mate has been coming on to me recently and I have kissed him and really like him. I have found out that the one I have kissed is seeing a few girls and telling lies to us all even his mate I was seeing, first everyone is chatting, different stories to each other and it's pathetic but I kind of know one of the girls he has been seeing and we know the truth about him because at fist he told me the truth and I told her it's all very complicated. The one I was seeing in the fist place I spoke to last night, he is saying that I am stupid for falling for it but he still likes me so he might be trying to put me off. What should I do ?  I think you should adjust your expectations, some people are going to dissapoint you in life, and some aren't, it's hard to tell ones from the others, but with a keen eye and more perspective you can learn to 'read' their minds.. but i still think the best thing is to not expect too much from anyone.. and i would stay away from all this 'he said -she said' as it will drive you crazy!!
