I need help and also don't tell me about how it's so healthy, and it's natural, because I use a back massager to masturbate, and I never feel natural like i like the pleasure - but i'm afraid it affects my life, because my grades have dropped and instead of getting A's I'm getting B's, so what should I do? Masturbation is SO normal and a perfectly fine release. I think that if your family is making you feel guilty about this, you should know that it is a Perfectly natural thing and that EVERYBODY does it. It shouldn't be affecting your grades. Getting involved with a girl can, but not self-pleasuring. Perhaps you are distracted BECAUSE you are not getting out and socializing?
I think, perhaps, you are just a bit distracted at your time of life, with thoughts of the opposite sex. Try to keep a balance between school work and having a fun social life, you need to get out from time-to-time too. It's important to be a well rounded individual, don't forget that you have to develop and mature socially as well as getting good grades!

 You feel guilty about masturbating and are trying to find a way to give you the strength not to do it. I am sorry, but I think you will lose this battle, for reasons that you can't control.
When I was a kid, one of us promised he would never masturbate. We should have taken a bet on this, because we would have made a lot of money.
Some people disapprove of masturbation. If you do, then don't do it. But I would also recommend that you don't feel like you're a terrible person if you do. No one expects you to be able to overcome this kind of sexual wants at your age.
The drop in your grades has nothing to do with your masturbation.
